Als Health & Safety Manager geef je leiding aan het clubteam bij het beheren en onderhouden van een veilige faciliteit en zorg je ervoor dat al het gezondheids

**Wat is de rol van de Health and Safety Manager bij David Lloyd Clubs?**
- Regelmatig optreden als Duty Manager, verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het soepele verloop van de club en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen in de club zich houdt aan de dagelijkse gezondheids
- en veiligheidsnormen en de naleving daarvan, terwijl je de manier van werken van DL Clubs en de uitstekende ervaring van de leden nastreeft.
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle teamleden worden opgeleid in overeenstemming met de verwachtingen van het bedrijf. Dit houdt in dat elk teamlid op zijn of haar eerste dag een gezondheids
- en veiligheidsinstructie krijgt en een bijgewerkt HS02-formulier met maandelijkse training die wordt voltooid in overeenstemming met de nieuwste trainingsplanner. Zorg ervoor dat alle nieuwe teamleden zich aanmelden voor de e-learningmodules die bij hun functie horen en dat je dit binnen het hele Club-team controleert. Controleer ook of alle zelfstandige medewerkers het HS03-formulier hebben ingevuld.
- Breng tijd door met je badmeesters, communiceer met leden en observeer en coach ze om een SEE5- en 5-sterrenservice te leveren. Modelleer en train je team om altijd de kernwaarden van DL Clubs te tonen.
- Maandelijks een volledige gezondheids
- en veiligheidsaudit van de club uitvoeren en daarnaar handelen.
- Samenwerken met partners en aannemers om een consistente en veilige levering van Service Level Agreements te garanderen en ervoor te zorgen dat aannemers correct aftekenen en dat alle voltooide werkzaamheden op een gecontroleerde en veilige manier worden uitgevoerd.

Welke kwalificaties, vaardigheden en ervaring heb ik nodig?
- Kennis van en ervaring met gezondheids
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Een erkende kwalificatie op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid
- Relevante kwalificatie op het gebied van facilitair management
- Ervaring met het beheren van het onderhoud en de instandhouding van een faciliteit.
- Ervaring met het managen van een team in een facilitaire dienst (bijv. restaurant, attractie, winkel, sport
- of vrijetijdsfaciliteit).
- Ervaring met financiële planning en management.
- Passie voor klantenservice.
