**MISSIE**
**Als Health & Safety Officer heb je 2 kerntaken**:
- **het autonoom en efficiënt organiseren en realiseren van de ondersteunende / administratieve processen van de directie Health, Safety & Risk management**
- **op langere termijn**: het actief meebouwen aan een security cultuur voor Carrefour door de criminele
- en veiligheidsrisico's te beheren met als doel schade te voorkomen en het controleverlies op criminaliteit te doen dalen.**
**FUNCTIE-INHOUD**
- **-> Het organiseren en realiseren van de ondersteunende / administratieve processen van het Health, Safety & Risk Management Department**
- **Verzekeren van de volledige flow van opmaak tot validatie van de bestelbons en facturen**
- **Beheren van de opleidingen Safety**
- **Opvolgen van de activiteiten inzake ergonomie**
- **Coördineren van de loonadministratie voor de aspecten die nog niet in self-service opgenomen zijn**
- **Beheren van de dossiers met het Parket**
- **Coördineren van de werking inzake EHBO**
- **Instaan voor de reporting inzake interne fraude**
**-> Het actief meewerken aan de uitbouw van een security cultuur bij Carrefour door de criminele
- en veiligheidsrisico's te beheren en door het werken op een dynamisch risicobeheer (zich richten op de belangrijkste risico's en ervoor zorgen dat deze structureel beheerd worden zodat het risico beheersbaar wordt; continue verbetering nastreven; cascaderen naar de eindverantwoordelijken)**
- **Werken op het proactieve luik van een Security cultuur**
- **Werken op het curatieve luik van een Security cultuur**
- **Instaan voor een dynamisch risicobeheer door het permanent opsporen van risico's binnen Carrefour Belgium vanuit analyse van (criminologische) data. Verzekeren van de informatie en sensibilisering hierover aan het management**
- **Opstellen en up to date houden van BCP (Business Continuity Plans) gerelateerd aan de directie Health, Safety & Risk Management (pandemie,) in samenwerking met de Risk Owners. Faciliteren bij de opstelling van specifieke Business Continuity Plans door Business Owners en andere risicobeheerders (Interne Controle, IT,)**
- **Mee-coördineren van het Crisis Management Team op het moment van een crisis door het uitwerken en up to date houden van procedures en het voorzien van de nodige resources**
- **Voldoende, georganiseerd en positief communiceren naar de Risk Owners / medewerkers zowel op structurele als op ad hoc basis. Sensibiliseren over het belang van security op een innovatieve, goed georganiseerde manier**
**PROFIL**
- **Bachelor/Master of equivalent door relevante ervaring**
- **Zeer goede tweetaligheid NL - FR (functie op nationaal niveau)**
- **Interesse in Security Management; ervaring op dit vlak is een pluspunt**
- **Administratie en nauwkeurigheid**
