We are looking for a Packaging and Devices Material Safety Expert for one of our clients based in Braine-l'Alleud.

key responsibilities
The scope of the position covers both drug product and drug substance perspectives to establish the safety of the materials of contact.
The position aims at driving the Materials Safety expertise within the "Pipeline Devices & Delivery Systems" organization. The position consists of defining and rolling out the extractables-leachables strategy to assess the process safety in order to ensure the safety of the patient.
Major accountabilities
Driving the Materials Safety expertise in the department, by defining and implementing the Extractables-Leachables strategy and the Materials of Contact Safety assessmentProviding the scientific knowledge, the external network and the leadership around the strategy design, implementation and maintenance of all internal policies and guidances associated with Extractables/Leachables and Materials of Contact Safety assessment strategies.Identifying, Evaluating & Coordinating the scientific efforts supporting the development of those strategies...qualifications Requirements for this position of Packaging and Devices Material Safety Expert : Master degreeMinimum 5 years' experience in a GxP regulated environmentScientific knowledge of the analytical technologiesExperience with extractables & leachables is a mustGood knowledge of regulation is a plusKnowledge of the HS&E processes and proceduresGood organizational skills, leadership and analytical skillsExcellent communicationFluency in English and good knowledge of French
