**Leefmilieu Brussel** is de tweetalige milieu
- en energie administratie van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Wij staan in voor een brede waaier aan activiteiten op het vlak van leefmilieu met als opdracht te streven naar meer levenskwaliteit voor alle Brusselaars. Om de klimaatuitdagingen het hoofd te bieden, willen wij een faciliterende rol spelen in de transitie van het Brussels Gewest naar een koolstofarme samenleving tegen 2050.
Ons doel is om de directe en indirecte uitstoot van broeikasgassen te verminderen, de gevolgen van klimaatverandering te beperken en alle mogelijke vormen van milieuoverlast terug te dringen.
Dankzij de inzet van onze medewerker-ster-s, onze gedeelde waarden (Respect - Innovatie - Verantwoordelijkheid) en onze transversale aanpak inzake leefmilieu, zijn wij als organisatie in staat om ons aan te passen aan de huidige en toekomstige uitdagingen en onze langetermijnvisie te realiseren.
**Functie**:
Je gaat aan de slag in de afdeling HR & Financiën, in het departement Interne communicatie en Diversiteit, onder toezicht van je departementshoofd en in nauwe samenwerking met de projectbeheerder Diversiteit. In het kader van de oprichting van dit nieuwe departement zijn we op zoek naar twee nieuwe collega's: een Diversity Manager en een projectbeheerder Diversiteit.
Uw activiteiten maken deel uit van de Human Resources-strategie van Leefmilieu Brussel, People in action, die het welzijn en de prestaties wil bevorderen door middel van autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.
Als Diversity Manager help je de **diversiteit **binnen Leefmilieu Brussel te **bevorderen.** Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het algemene diversiteitsbeleid binnen onze organisatie, meer bepaald door het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van het **Diversiteitsactieplan.**
Je voornaamste taak bestaat erin om, om de twee jaar, een Diversiteitsactieplan voor Leefmilieu Brussel op te stellen en uit te voeren. Daartoe analyseer je de situatie op het vlak van diversiteit binnen onze organisatie, identificeer je de uitdagingen en behoeften en bepaal je de projecten en acties die nodig zijn om de situatie te verbeteren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering, follow-up en evaluatie van het Diversiteitsactieplan. Je coördineert ook de communicatie rond het plan.
In dit verband:
- werk je aan culturele veranderingen, waardoor inclusie en cohesie sleutelprincipes worden die zich vertalen in concrete acties;
- bevorder je de diversiteit en het welzijn in LB in lijn met de HR-strategie 'People in action';
- coördineer je de diversiteitsopleidingen die worden aangeboden aan het LB-personeel en beheer je het budget en de overheidsopdrachten rond diversiteit;
- ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen onze organisatie voor diversiteitskwesties en vertegenwoordig je Leefmilieu Brussel op verschillende vergaderingen over deze kwesties en op externe evenementen in verband met diversiteit en de strijd tegen discriminatie;
- breng je je expertise inzake alle aspecten van de diversiteitsuitdagingen naar alle afdelingen;
- blaas je de Diversiteitscommissie van Leefmilieu Brussel nieuw leven in en bied je permanente ondersteuning;
- blijf je op de hoogte van de evolutie van de wetgeving, materie en nieuwigheden inzake diversiteit en bestrijding van discriminatie op het werk.
Als Diversity Manager ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het **Gelijkekansenbeleid,** in het bijzonder de acties die voortvloeien uit de verschillende gewestelijke Gelijkekansenplannen (LGBTQIA+-plan, antiracismeplan, handistreamingplan...). Je ondersteunt de afdelingen bij hun inspanningen voor meer gelijkheid onder de begunstigden van onze diensten.
In dit verband:
- coördineer je de uitvoering van de gewestelijke Gelijkekansenplannen voor Leefmilieu Brussel;
- zorg je ervoor dat gelijke kansen geïntegreerd worden in de interne processen;
- zorg je ervoor dat de communicatie wordt aangepast aan de geïntegreerde aanpak van gelijke kansen bij Leefmilieu Brussel;
- vertegenwoordig je Leefmilieu Brussel in het Gewestelijk comité voor gelijke kansen en ben je het interne aanspreekpunt voor gelijke kansen.

Je hebt ten minste 2 jaar ervaring in ten minste 2 van de volgende 3 domeinen:
- diversiteit;
- gelijke kansen en bestrijding van discriminatie;
- projectbeheer.

- Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Brussels stadsweefsel.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van projectbeheer.
- Je hebt een goede kennis en een goed begrip van de wetgeving inzake diversiteit in het openbaar ambt.
