**DE JOB**:
Als Manager Self Service Warehouses is je missie om de activiteiten aan te sturen in de Supply Chain Distribution Centers en te verzekeren dat deze op een veilige, (kosten)efficiënte en gestandaardiseerde manier functioneren teneinde een transparant en accuraat voorraadbeheer te verzekeren en op een klantgerichte en betrouwbare wijze de klanten van de entiteit te bevoorraden.

Je activiteiten bestaan meer precies uit:

- Bijdragen aan de Supply Chain strategie, ontwikkelen van operationele doelstellingen, in lijn met de tactische doelstellingen, en deze vertalen in concrete acties en activiteiten teneinde een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening te bieden die voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen, binnen de vooropgestelde termijn.
- Hervormen, standaardiseren en optimaliseren van de Distribution Centers van Infrabel alsook bepalen en toewijzen van middelen (personeel, materiaal, tijd en budget) volgens de prioriteiten en behoeften teneinde een transversale uitvoering van de Supply Chain strategie in de organisatie tot stand te brengen.
- Verzekeren van de accuraatheid van de voorraad en deze stockeren onder de juiste omstandigheden alsook ontwerpen van efficiënte opslaglay-outs en -processen binnen de Distribution Centers teneinde de operationele continuïteit van de activiteiten van de klanten van de entiteit te garanderen en tegelijkertijd kosten te mínimaliseren.
- Verbeteren, monitoren en handhaven van traceerbaarheid in de voorraadstroom teneinde de efficiëntie van de traceerbaarheid van de materialen te verbeteren en ervoor te zorgen dat deze tijdig en nauwkeurig kunnen worden gelokaliseerd.
- Garanderen van de controles op inkomende - en retourmaterialen, controleren, vaststellen en handhaven van kwaliteitsstandaarden volgens de vereisten van de organisatie teneinde de kwaliteit te waarborgen van de materialen die de Distribution Centers binnenkomen en dus, al dan niet opnieuw, in de voorraadstroom komen.
- Bepalen, implementeren en monitoren van optimale transportoplossingen en optreden als contactpersoon in de relaties met externe transportfirma's, opmaken van lastenboeken ism Procurement en deelnemen aan de onderhandeling van nieuwe contracten, opvolgen van de operationele afspraken en oplossen van problemen teneinde de belangen van Infrabel te verdedigen.
- Garant staan voor een consistente, hoogwaardige dienstverlening aan de klanten van de entiteit, voortdurend constructief communiceren en afstemmen over de planning & leveringen met alle betrokken stakeholders en fungeren als een centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen, suggesties en klachten met betrekking tot de organisatie van de Distribution Centers teneinde bij te dragen aan de doelstellingen van de entiteit met betrekking tot Customer Care.
- Monitoren, opvolgen en analyseren van KPI's met betrekking tot de Distribution Centers, definiëren en plannen van verbeteracties en garanderen dat deze acties worden uitgevoerd teneinde te zorgen voor structurele oplossingen en een continue verbetering van de Supply Chain processen en - activiteiten in de Distribution Centers.
- Uitbouwen van sterke teams, aanmoedigen van de samenwerking tussen de teams en verzekeren van de autonomie en de continue ontwikkeling van de kennis, vaardigheden en knowhow van de medewerkers/medewerksters van de entiteit teneinde hun competenties te onderhouden en te benutten en de goede werking van de Supply Chain van de organisatie te garanderen.
- Promoten, ondersteunen en vertegenwoordigen van een cultuur en organisatie gericht op het nemen van initiatief en de voortdurende verbetering van diensten, procedures, methodologieën, instrumenten en processen binnen zijn/haar eigen team en begeleiden van de medewerkers/medewerksters teneinde de efficiëntie van het team te verhogen en te streven naar de integratie van de door de organisatie gewenste veranderingen.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3+, en van klasse 4 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je bent een specialist in Supply-activiteiten (processen, voorraadbeheer, leveringsstromen,...).
- Je hebt kennis van stockbeheer en magazijnuitrusting.
- Je hebt geslaagde ervaringen in Change Management & Project Management, met brede impact op de organisatie.
- Je beheerst principes van financieel beheer (Budgetbeheer, algemene principes voor de bepaling van investerings
- en exploitatiebudgetten, facturatie, analyse en beheer van financiële risico's,).
- Je hebt kennis van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten.
- Je hebt kennis van spoorwegtechniek.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans en hebt een operationele kennis van de andere taal.
- Je onderscheidt zich door uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, je inspireert je medewerkers en stakeholders en kan je gesprekpartners goed overtuigen.
- Je bent uiterst klantgericht. Je bouwt een langetermijnrelatie uit met de interne en externe klanten en stakeholders.
