**Description de fonction**:
Le/la [Facility Technical Employee and Designer] apporte un support au département en charge du Property et Facility Management en termes de gestion des demandes liées aux aménagements des bureaux, de la gestion de l'information et de la préparation et du suivi de chantier.

Gérer l'information graphique et l'information documentaire
- Réaliser et mettre à jour les plans des bâtiments et d'occupation dans les systèmes de gestion documentaire (IWMS, Sharepoint)
- Proposer des scénarios d'aménagements et/ou d'adaptations dans les bâtiments existants
- Classer, encoder et mettre à jour l'ensemble des documents liés à la gestion des bâtiments (rapports d'intervention, contrôles légaux, fiches techniques

Apporter un support au département du Property et Facility Management dans le cadre de la mise à disposition des bâtiments, infrastructures et espaces de travail aux occupants du site
- Gérer l'inventaire du mobilier, commander le mobilier et coordonner les déménagements / aménagements des locaux
- Participer à la mise en place de l'aménagement des bureaux (aménagements intérieurs, parachèvements, cloisons, lettrage, etc.)
- Participer à l'élaboration des états des lieux d'entrée et sortie de petites surfaces locatives
- Gérer et mettre à jour la signalétique des bâtiments (écrans d'accueil, orientation, plans d'évacuation )
- Superviser la gestion des réservations des salles de réunion
- Inspecter les bâtiments dans le cadre de certaines demandes d'intervention et effectuer un reporting (visite de site, prise de photos et constatations de dégâts)
- Organiser l'entrée locative des occupants dans les locaux mis à leur disposition en coordination avec les autres services

Préparer et suivre les chantiers:

- Pour les petits d'aménagement, réaliser à la demande les métrés des travaux à effectuer (montage / démontage cloisons, peintures, revêtements de sol )
- Accompagner les sous-traitants sur chantier lors de différentes étapes de projets (visite, contrôle, inspection ) et participer à la réception de certains chantiers

**Votre profil**:

- Bonne connaissance de l'outil AutoCAD ;
- Volonté de se former en interne à l'utilisation de Planon (plateforme IWMS)
- Connaissance d'outil IWMS est un atout ;
- Bonnes connaissances générales en aménagements intérieurs afin de pouvoir proposer des solutions et en contrôler l'exécution ;
- Avoir le permis B.
- Sens des responsabilités et proactivité ;
- Autonomie dans les tâches confiées, y compris dans la fixation des priorités et l'atteinte des objectifs ;
- Capacité à s'intégrer dans une équipe ;
- Être précis, rigoureux et avoir le sens du détail ;
- Orientation satisfaction client.
