Job Description:

  • Standardization of project management processes:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor templates for project proposals, status reports, change requests, and final reports.
    • Optimize existing processes and develop new ones (budget processes, effort reporting, PO processes, monthly budget performance reporting, cost center reporting, request processes).
    • Maintain focus on the effectiveness of ongoing processes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Support project implementation:
    • Contribute to project organization and formation (purchasing process, alignment with strategy, etc.).
    • Act as the anchor point of a project by enhancing communication with stakeholders, bridging communication gaps between departments, and proposing resource and budget optimizations.
  • Create a consolidated view of all projects:
    • Design KPIs and monitor associated OKRs.
    • Effectively communicate budget details and forecasts, ensuring timely project team actions.
    • Establish meaningful portfolio management and project dashboards.
    • Provide real-time project status data when needed.
    • Coordinate daily operations, meetings, and project progress reports to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Optimize resource management:
    • Allocate flexible resources based on priority and project needs.
    • Proactively address future needs and support external activities like new recruitments.
    • Participate in relevant ceremonies and evaluate projects to manage risks.
  • Strategic portfolio management:
    • Coordinate daily activities with globally distributed teams.
    • Support decision-making for initiatives based on KPI inputs and portfolio dashboards.
    • Offer guidance and best practices to enhance project management within the team.
    • Prepare portfolio reviews and provide insights for decision-making.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent by experience).
  • Fluency in English, good knowledge of Dutch and French, and the ability to adapt language to the audience.
  • Highly organized, effective planner, detail-oriented, affinity for numbers.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, can work independently, problem-solving mindset.
  • Contribute to process simplification and optimization through analyses for continuous improvement.
  • Team player with autonomy in an international environment.
  • IT skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, preferably Sciforma).
