Healthcare Administrator

The Central European Practice (CEP) at SHAPE have a vacancy for a Healthcare Administrator, a permanent full-time position category C4C.

The starting rate of pay is € gross per month, going up to a maximum of € in 14 annual increments.

The Healthcare Administrator is responsible for providing efficient support to the patient population in Europe and Türkiye, and for the accurate management of healthcare records for both the military and civilian population registered at the CEP.

Duties include:

• Provision of daily clinical and administrative support to the clinical team and administrative support to the patient population.
• Scheduling appointments for patients and ensuring that the relevant supporting documentation is available.
• Processing the translation of clinical documents via the nominated service and coordinating interpretation requirements.
• Liaising with local primary/secondary care providers to ensure that effective relationships are maintained.
• Provide administrative support for health promotion and other practice communication campaigns.

Applicants have to have good IT skills, excellent organisational and time management skills and effective written and verbal skills. They need to be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as of part of a team. An excellent knowledge of English (working language) and French is an absolute requirement. Knowledge of Dutch or German would be an asset.

Ideally, they would also have experience of working in a healthcare and/or military environment and hold a category B driving licence.
