About the job

As Account Manager, you:

  • Are passionate about ecommerce, logistics & marketing
  • Have a sales mindset who can identify and develop new opportunities with existing customers.
  • Invest in building relations at network events (Safeshops, ecommerce trade markets.) and create a credible position in order to develop a trusting relationship with your customers.
  • Keep up with the newest ecommerce trends, logistic fulfilment
  • Organize your work, schedule various tasks on a short and medium term basis, and ensure follow up effectively.
  • Analyze and understand the marketing and communication channels used by your customers in a future cookieless world
  • Detect potential expansion opportunities, build and consolidate a position in the customer's longterm marketing and communication strategy in order to help him choose the ideal marketing mix and convince him to adapt and/or expand his current marketing mix.
  • Manage relationships and implement periodic business meetings to build strong partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with existing customers.
  • Can deal with unclear, complex information. You know your way around by being curious and asking lots of questions.

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent through experience) and by preference 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, both is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of English and the other National Language
  • Knowledge and/or passion for ecommerce and media landscape
  • Great communication & presentation skills, negotiation techniques, analytical skills, consultative & social selling skills
  • Work ethic : independent, curious, proactive and handson with a focus on results.
  • Ability to handle complexity, multitask and manage an extensive pipeline of opportunities.
  • Cando mentality, team player and trustworthy
