You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.
Telix is seeking an experienced Operations Integration Lead to oversee and manage a portfolio of projects for our brand-new radiopharmaceutical production facilities.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successful project portfolio management in a GMP manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Project Feasibility Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of proposed projects within the production site to determine feasibility. Evaluate potential risks, resource requirements, and timelines associated with each project. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information and insights for comprehensive feasibility analysis.
- Portfolio Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management plan, including project selection criteria, prioritization methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.
- Project Oversight: Monitoring the progress of individual projects within the portfolio, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the performance of the project portfolio, track progress, and make datadriven decisions.
- Portfolio Governance: Implement governance processes and frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
About you
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on assessing projects within GMPregulated environments.
- Good knowledge of GMP regulations and standards, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance in project execution.
