**Met wie ga je samenwerken?**
Als Manager Technical Claims ben je verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn van meer dan 20 medewerkers, onderverdeeld in 3 teams. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor de schade rapportages en het providerbeheer en - onderhandelingen binnen de schadeafdeling Benelux.

**Wat ga je doen?**
Samen met je team zal je bouwen aan een efficiënte organisatie. Het team en jij bewaken de interne/externe richtlijnen. **Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor provider management en reporting. **Bedoeling is om te streven naar manieren om het team naar de 'next level' te krijgen waardoor automatisch ook de toegevoegde klantwaarde zal toenemen. Bovendien word je verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren, onderhandelen en opvolgen van de opvolging met alle providers (experts en advocaten) Nederland en België. Belangrijk om weten dat je verwacht wordt om aan bijeenkomsten, waarbij diepgaande kennis van het aangewezen expertisegebied wordt ingebracht deel te nemen. Daarnaast zal je ook instaan voor het initiëren van concrete acties om de schadeprocesketen te optimaliseren. Je wordt de persoon die de lead neemt in het bewaken van je budget, contactpersoon met human resources.

**Herken jij jezelf in het volgende?**
Je beschikt over een hoger diploma en mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende bij een verzekeringsmaatschappij. Je staat bekend om je uitstekende technische en communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent bekend met complexe, mondiale organisatiestructuren; Je beschikt over uitstekende projectmanagement
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden en je hebt veel ervaring met PowerPoint & Excel; Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans; Je bent bereid om regelmatig naar onze kantoren in Nederland en Brussel te reizen.
