Our client is a European insurance company and one of the top player in Belgium.
Description
As Claims Manager you manage 6 Operations teams across Brussels and Antwerp.
You review and implement claims operational framework and strategy.
You make sure objectives are reached and clients (retail customers) serviced with highest standards.
You support managers of each team and assess them on their performance.
Profile
Our client is looking at the following profile for this Claims Manager role:
A prior experience in team management, ideally in a similar position (operations for insurance)
A master in law
Fluency in DU and good level of FR
An autonomous profile with great drive and ability to drive change.
