De functie in het kort

Als Data Privacy Specialist bestaat je hoofdtaak erin de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming bij te staan bij de uitoefening van een brede waaier aan opdrachten.

Je voert onder meer de volgende taken uit:

- Je draagt bij aan de uitvoering van het behoorlijk bestuur van de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (GOB) inzake de verwerking en bescherming van persoonsgegevens op verschillende vlakken:

- Samenwerken met de betrokken besturen om voor elk van hen een actieplan voor te stellen dat samenvat welke acties moeten worden ondernomen om ervoor te zorgen dat de verwerking van persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming is met de geldende wet.
- Een rechtlijnig en conforme aanpak ontwikkelen op basis van de risico's die de verwerking van persoonsgegevens kan inhouden voor de rechten en vrijheden van de betrokkenen.
- Het register van de verwerkingsactiviteiten van persoonsgegevens correct bijhouden en verbeteren.
- Je werkt mee aan de opvolging van de uitvoering van deze actieplannen.
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van praktische tools ter ondersteuning van de betrokken partners.
- Je geeft raad over de gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordeling[1] en gaat de uitvoering ervan na.
- Je geeft advies aan internen over de verplichtingen die op vlak van gegevensbescherming gelden.
- Je gaat onder andere de naleving na van bepalingen op het vlak van persoonlijke gegevensbescherming.

Je krijgt de kans je voortdurend te ontwikkelen op het gebied van gegevensbescherming. In deze functie krijg je de mogelijkheid om een brede kennis te verwerven van de activiteiten van de GOB en van talent.brussels.

**Werkgever**:
Binnen Brussel Synergie van de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (GOB) werd een cel "Data Protection Office" (DPO) opgericht. Deze heeft als doel voor de GOB, de kabinetten van de leden van de Brusselse Hoofdstedelijke Regering en de gewestelijke overheidsdiensten Brussel Openbaar Ambt (talent.brussels) de uitoefening te verzekeren van de opdrachten van de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming, wiens aanstelling verplicht is door de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

De cel bestaat momenteel uit een functionaris voor gegevensbescherming en moet worden versterkt gezien het belang van deze materie en de omvang van de opdracht.

Ze werkt regelmatig samen met de AVG-stuurgroep van de GOB, met de datastewards die werden aangesteld in de entiteiten die binnen de opdracht vallen alsook met de directies en diensten die belast zijn met juridische zaken, informatieveiligheid en digitale transformatie.

Wie zoeken we?

Je beschikt over een algemeen master diploma.

1. Vereist diploma op de uiterste inschrijvingsdatum:

- Diploma van master, arts en veearts verkregen na studies van twee cycli, die ten minste 60 studiepunten vertegenwoordigen, uitgereikt door een universiteit met inbegrip van de aan die universiteiten verbonden scholen, of de bij de wet of bij decreet daarmee gelijkgestelde instellingen of een 'Haute Ecole', een door de Staat of door één van de Gemeenschappen opgerichte, gesubsidieerde of erkende instelling voor hoger onderwijs, een 'Ecole supérieure des arts' of een jury ingesteld door de Staat of één van de Gemeenschappen of elke academische graad afgeleverd door bepalingen voorafgaand aan deze die van toepassing waren bij de inwerkingtreding van voorgaand besluit.
- Getuigschrift uitgereikt aan diegenen die de studies hebben voleindigd aan de polytechnische afdeling of aan de afdeling "Alle Wapens" van de Koninklijke Militaire School en die krachtens de wet van 11 september 1933 op de bescherming van de titels van het hoger onderwijs gerechtigd zijn tot het voeren van de titel van burgerlijk ingenieur of van licentiaat, met de door de Koning bepaalde kwalificatie.

2. Vereiste ervaring op de uiterste inschrijvingsdatum:
Er is geen ervaring vereist voor deze functie.

Er is 1 vacante plaats bij Brussel Synergie bij de GOB (Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel). Je wordt aangeworven als Attaché (niveau A1) met bijhorende weddenschaal A101. De minimum aanvangswedde bedraagt 45.575,72 Euro (bruto jaarsalaris zonder anciënniteit, reeds aangepast aan de huidige index, reglementaire toelage niet inbegrepen)
