Functieomschrijving:
- Je assisteert de Project Manager en klant bij de uitvoering van de projecten, met de focus op meerdere constructiedisciplines zoals civiel, staal, piping, equipment, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC waarbij het zwaartepunt op civil en staal ligt.
- Je bent de spil in de uitvoering van meerdere projecten onder het raamcontract, project grote variërend van 100k tot 10 miljoen.
- Je coördineert de dagdagelijkse activiteiten van en tussen de verschillende aannemers.
- Je staat mede in voor de werkvoorbereiding en planning van investeringsprojecten
- (Multi disciplinair) en veranderingen aan installaties binnen hun constructiefase.
- Je beheert mee of een deel van de constructieplanning (activiteiten en resources) en
- bewaakt de constructie progress van de werfactiviteiten.
- Je beheert mee de Mechanical Completion en de overdracht naar Commissioning.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de constructie werkzaamheden.
- Je beheert de Veiligheids, Gezondheids en Milieu (VGM) aspecten van de werf, in
- nauw verband met de veiligheidsdiensten van de eindklant.
- Je beheert een deel van de aannemingscontracten die opgesteld werden tussen
- eindklant en de aannemers.
- Je leidt en organiseert de supervisie van de constructieactiviteiten conform de scope
- beschreven in de lastenboeken.
- Je staat in voor de communicatie met de klant en organiseert de werfadministratie en
- Document Control.
Wie zoeken we:
- Je bent industrieel ingenieur, graduaat of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in 1 of meerdere van de typische constructiedisciplines, eigen aan industriële en/ of farmaceutische multidisciplinaire projecten, zoals civiel, staal, piping, mechanical, elektrisch, instrumentatie, hvac, automatisatie.
- Je bent zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en pro-actief
- Je bent klantgericht en weet je stakeholders correct te informeren.
- Je bent mínimaal vlot tweetalig NL en ENG. De kennis van het FR en Duits zijn een
- voordeel.
- Je kan goed samenwerken in teamverband
- Flexibel in werktijden zoals langere werkdagen en weekendwerk.
