i-CITY is de technologische partner van de Stad Brussel en haar verwante organisaties.

**Functie**:
Je komt te werken bij de afdeling Procurement & Purchasing, die nauw samenwerkt met alle afdelingen van i-CITY. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

- Je biedt advies en oplossingen voor alle afdelingen van i-CITY;
- Je stelt contracten en documenten op voor leveringen en diensten;
- Je beheert contracten voor diensten en leveringen vanaf het ontwerp tot de gunning en de follow-up met de klant.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve beheer van het i-CITY inkoopbureau.
- Je assisteert, adviseert en ondersteunt collega's in alle zaken die betrekking hebben op contractuele relaties met leveranciers en dienstverleners.

**Profiel**:

- Je neemt een houding aan die gericht is op de behoeften van de interne klant (de verschillende i-CITY afdelingen)
- Je hebt affiniteit met nieuwe technologieën
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en ziet toe op de naleving van de wetgeving
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma met een eerste ervaring in overheidsopdrachten of de wens om een opleiding te volgen;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office-tools (Excel, Word);
- Je bent georganiseerd, nauwgezet en snel
- Je kunt analyseren en samenvatten
- Je kunt meerdere taken tegelijk uitvoeren, deadlines beheren en omgaan met noodsituaties
- Je hebt goede sociale vaardigheden en gevoel voor diplomatie
