**CONTEXT**
- Aanvraag ter versterking van de data governance officer (DGO) voor opzet en uitbouw van de nieuwe data governance werking, waarvoor reeds een plan van aanpak werd uitgetekend. Ervaring met opzet van een business glossary, data catalogus en/of operationeel raamwerk vanuit een non-invasieve data governance stijl is hierbij onontbeerlijk. Kennis van metadata management en standaarden worden verwacht, kennis van ISA2 is daarbij een grote plus. Datageletterdheid is eveneens een pijler waarop gewerkt wordt, met de creatie van opleidingsmateriaal en het geven van training rond data governance en data beheer.
- Veel data zit verspreid in standalone applicaties, maar er is ook een project dat bestaat uit het opzetten van een centraal dataplatform (met centrale ETL, opslag en aansturing van verschillende dataproducten).
- Gebruikte technologieën en tools zijn Postgres, Apache NiFi, dSPACE, Virtuoso, etc.

**PROFILE**
- 8 jaar Aantoonbare ervaring als Data Governance Consultant, Bedrijfsarchitect, Data-architect en/of Business analist
- Aantoonbare ervaring met data governance
- Aantoonbare ervaring met opzet van een business glossary, data catalogus en/of operationeel raamwerk
- Aantoonbare ervarin met metadata management
- Aantoonbare ervaring met change management
- Aantoonbare ervaring met datageletterdheid programma's
- Aantoonbare ervaring als data architect in meerdere projecten met complexe data architectuur problematiek
- Aantoonbare ervaring met opzetten en uitwerken van datastrategie en data-architectuur
- Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering achtergrond of gelijkwaardig
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het vertalen van conceptuele informatiemodellen naar logische data modellen
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Data Management
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het werken met datastandaarden
- Aantoonbare ervaring met programmeertalen en scriptingtalen
