Customer Service Medewerker

- Actief offertes aanvragen en onderhandelen over kwalitiet en leveringstermijnen.
- Plaatsen van bestellingen ervoor zorgen dat ze op tijd worden geleverd.
- Gebruik maken van het Navision ERP-pakket voor inkoopactiviteiten en afroepen.
- Actief beheer van de voorraad van de toegewezen artikelengroep, inclusief herberekeningen van minimumvoorraden op basis van productwijzigingen en jaarverbruik.
- Evalueren van bestaande leverancierscontracten.
- Optreden als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw klantenbestand.
- Zorgen voor nauwkeurige invoer en opvolging van orders, vanaf de initiële plaatsing tot de uiteindelijke afhandeling.
- Fungeren als liaison tussen het sales team en klanten, en nauw samenwerken met sales om aan de klantbehoeften te voldoen.
- Minimaal een graduaat of bachelordiploma, of vergelijkbare ervaring.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Klantgerichte instelling met een focus op resultaten.
- Behulpzaam en stressbestendig, met een praktische instelling.
- Accuraat, analytisch en gestructureerd in het uitvoeren van taken.
- Ervaring met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); kennis van het ERP-systeem Navision is een pluspunt.
- Zowel een teamspeler als in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
- Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met een horizontale cultuur en familiaal karater.
