Working in the Central Delivery team:

The Central Delivery team establishes effective relationships both within Wyre and with Wyre's strategic partners, so they can support and contribute to the overall Wyre vision, values, strategic goals and objectives.


Your role as a Partner Relationship Manager:

  • Builds a good understanding of the partner's context, organization and its people. By staying close to the partner, the partner relationship manager creates a view on the partner's needs and challenges and spreads this knowledge within the Wyre organization.
  • Develops objectives and establishes key performance indicators (e.g. partner satisfaction score, joint innovation initiatives) to reliably measure strategic partner performance
  • Creates a crossdomain view on the partner relationship based on business input, in terms of the business plan, financial and operational performance, and identified innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Schedules and prepares the external governance meetings on a tactical and strategic level and ensures necessary internal alignments upfront. Initiates and coordinates resulting actions with respective business owners.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships between key internal and external stakeholders, and maintains open lines with partners to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities to enhance the partner experience
  • Works together with the leadership and operational teams to address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely matter. If needed, acts as a moderator for conflict resolution.
  • Supports on the preparation of partnerwide events that are organized on an annual basis to celebrate partner performance, to network with new and potential future partners, and to capture innovation ideas

Our ideal Partner Relationship Manager:
  • Builds bridges and has the ability to truly understand the needs of the stakeholders within Wyre and the companies we partner with, and translates this into the right actions and operational structures, to ensure we build lasting business relationships
  • Has proven experience in partner management and/or account management, with a minimum working experience of 8 years
  • Has a helicopter view on the broader business environment and organization to set the strategic agenda towards partners crossdepartment
  • Has broad and comprehensive technical and market experience in the field of telecom/network technology
  • Has strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage complex relations and influence key (senior) stakeholders
  • Communicates clearly with the ability to present ideas and information effectively in line with the target audience
  • Is a strategic thinker with a resultsdriven and analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Is able to work autonomously and connects the dots where relevant/ needed
  • Speaks Dutch and English fluently. Other languages are a plus. acts at the experience level of a master's degree.
