You will be part of the
Product & Technology domain and report to the Vendor Management Team Manager. You will work closely together with Telenet senior management to
establish and nurture long-term relationships with our strategic partners. You align Telenet's organizational objectives and the business objectives of our partners.

Your Tasks As Vendor Relationship Manager

  • Responsible for delivering
    effective contract management and commercial ownership of a portfolio of strategic contracts with a technology flavour. You manage the contract lifecycle, including but not limited to drafting, modification, execution, amendments and renewal.
  • You set up the
    governance framework within your portfolio of contracts. Act as the commercial point of contact and build a strong working relationship.
  • You deliver
    guidance on contract interpretation , facilitate and lead challenging discussions and negotiations, to efficiently resolve contractual disputes and challenges.
  • You monitor that the services delivered are according to the agreed prices and conditions. You manage the business case and track performance vs forecasted costs, provide cost analysis and high level budgeting & reporting.
  • You drive innovation and
    continuous optimization of the operating model within your portfolio of partners. You work closely with crossfunctional teams, including strategy, business, legal & regulatory, procurement and different engineering & operations teams to ensure effective management of the contracts.

  • Has Technology close to the heart and strives to combine it with great business acumen.
  • Has 10+ years of experience in partnership/supplier management or procurement in a technological environment.
  • Is passionate about improving relationships and want to create impact.
  • Is a servant leader, with strong people skills, high personal credibility & bridge builder attitude.
  • Has expertise in different contract models (outsourcing, join venture, vested, offshoring, right shoring, etc.).
  • Works autonomously, is result oriented and have the selfconfidence to lead senior negotiations. Has strong negotiation and influencing skills which are needed due to the nature of the work.
  • Is an improvement oriented professional who enjoys working in a demanding and collaborative environment. Has sound judgment and the ability to make clear and succinct reasoned recommendations.
  • Has highly developed written and oral communications skills in English. NL & FR are a plus.
