Onze klant, gevestigd in Gent, is marktleider en toonaangevend producent in de houtverwerkende nijverheid. De bedrijfsfilosofie omhelst de kwaliteit van haar producten, de klantvriendelijkheid en de hiermee gepaard gaande stiptheid en correctheid. Ze bestaan meer dan 50-jaar en is uitgegroeid tot een internationale organisatie met naast vestigingen in België, ook vestigingen in Nederland en Frankrijk. De onderneming stelt in België een 100-tal werknemers te werk en is nog in volle ontwikkeling. Ter ondersteuning van deze continue groei, zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een Production Planning & Data Leader.
Als Production Planning & Master Data Leader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak, verwerking en controle van de verschillende interne productieplanningen. Je wordt ondersteund en bijgestaan door een planner, die aan jou rapporteert. Bijgevolg fungeer je als eindverantwoordelijke en aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende productieplanningen. Je zorgt tevens voor het optimaliseren en herevalueren hiervan. Verder ben je expert in de verschillende planning & software tools (zoals het huidige MRP pakket) en maak je de link tussen de verschillende diensten en resources.
Daarnaast sta je in om de interne processen te analyseren aan de hand van strategisch opgezette KPI's die je zelf verder zal definiëren (bv. Set-up cost, scraps, safety stock, lead time,..). Vanuit diepgaande data-analyses en de opvolging van de voorgestelde KPI's stel je verbeterprojecten voor aan zowel management en aandeelhouders als aan interne diensten zoals productie, aankoop, administratie,... Aansluitend blijf je in samenwerking met het managementteam betrokken bij de uitvoering van deze verbeterprojecten en word je nauw betrokken bij investeringen.
- Tenslotte ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van alle master data en zie je erop toe dat de systemen van de volledige organisatie op de juiste manier correct en continu voorzien worden van alle nodige informatie, gaande van artikelbeheer tot kostprijzen en planningsparameters.
**Profiel**:
- Master of bachelor opleiding in (business) engineering, TEW, EW, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Sterk analytisch inzicht, een continuous improvement mindset en ervaring met het beheren van massa
- en master data.
- Ervaring in een ERP-software omgeving.
- Expertise in Excel of gelijkwaardige software.
- Passie voor het ontwikkelen van dashboards en zich kunnen verdiepen in data analyse & reporting tools zoals power BI, alsook kunnen werken met supply chain optimalisatie tools in het algemeen.
- Sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om complexe zaken tot de essentie te herleiden.
- Teamgeest met tevens een zelfstandige ingesteldheid.
