Context
For its Workspace department, CBRE is looking for an Operations / Business Support.


The Workspace department advises our corporate clients on how to get the best from their buildings, and how best value can be achieved through creative technical workplace solutions.

We work closely with our clients to develop interior designs, implement fitting out schemes and organize refurbishment projects in existing buildings.

You will be based in Brussels and report to the head of the Workspace team.

Your Responsibilities will include

  • Orders & Invoicing followup (Customers and Suppliers): Schedule, Monitoring in close collaboration with the Workspace team and with CBRE Financial Team
  • Contact with the local authorities to ensure that new projects get off to a good start
  • Supporting the team (9 staff members: Interior architects and Project Managers) with their daily schedule and administrative tasks
  • Managing and updating our CRM database
  • Preparing internal and external documents, i.e., PowerPoint & InDesign presentations, reporting documents in Word, Excel spreadsheets,...

Your profile

  • You have a high school or bachelor diploma
  • A first experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • MS Office Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, InDesign, Internet, Outlook) holds no secret for you
  • You are fluent in French, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional knowledge of Dutch is a plus
