We are looking for a Retail Promo Manager Belgium who will ensure that Commercial Leadership in the Country has full visibility of the Promo Management dynamics of key AB InBev brands and packs in the market and also for our key competitors.

The role:

  • Develop and maintain competitor analytics to understand their Price Strategy & expected pricing behaviour in the market
  • Review Brand promo pricing architecture & relative promo price guidelines in the country with the brand managers
  • Perform consumers analytics together with trade marketing for a profound market economic analysis
  • Establish promo routine management to track & monitor promo pressure to consumer history
  • Utilize tracking & monitoring output to create insight for influencing the strategic pricing agenda & tactical action plans

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a degree in finance, economics, marketing or similar field
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management is required
  • Leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, persuasion skills and relationship with the senior management of the company
  • Highly analytical profile and synthesis ability
  • You have got deep knowledge and experience in Power Point & Excel
  • Languages: English advanced level, written and spoken. French or Dutch is a plus
