**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Je collega's ondersteunen zodat ze het beste halen uit hun carrière en hun leven. Dat is kort gezegd de opdracht van het departement Human Resources bij AG. Daar hoort onder meer een aantrekkelijk verloningspakket bij. Het team van Reward zorgt ervoor dat we ons op het vlak van verloningsstrategie kunnen meten met onze concurrenten op de arbeidsmarkt. Om dat team te versterken, zoeken we nu een **HR Reward Professional.**
- Hoe ziet ons **beloningsbeleid** er **in de toekomst** uit? Dat bepaal jij mee.
- Je **evalueert ons beloningsmodel** voor kaderleden, inspecteurs, bedienden en arbeiders. Je waakt er onder meer over dat het consequent is voor de hele organisatie en concurrentieel op de arbeidsmarkt.
- Vanuit je **expertise** als HR Reward Professional ondersteun je het management van de businesslines en verleen je **advies** in specifieke HR-dossiers.
- Je neemt als vertegenwoordiger van Reward deel aan **HR-projecten**.
- Je verzorgt de **communicatie over onze HR-diensten, -procedures en -plannen**.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Jouw stokpaardje? **Cijfermatig werk, data-analyse** zijn jouw sterke punten. Je voelt je helemaal thuis in een financiële omgeving.
- Je vindt **uitstekende service** bieden aan interne klanten door te anticiperen op hun wensen en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in **projectmanagement**. Beschreef en documenteerde je al vaker processen? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
- Heb je kennis van sociale wetgeving? Top. Sowieso volg je de ontwikkelingen in de markt op de voet.
- Een teamplayer pur sang. Dat ben jij. Maar je kunt ook autonoom je doelstellingen halen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en een aardig mondje Engels.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma in een economische of financiële richting.
