Securex is actief in 5 Europese landen en heeft de ambitie om deze internationale aanwezigheid te blijven uitbreiden.

Technische Kwaliteitstesters: Dit team waarborgt de consistentie en excellentie bij productontwikkeling en updates. Ze houden deadlines nauwlettend in de gaten zonder concessies te doen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
Klantenbeheerders en Innovators: Dit team test niet alleen nieuwe producten en diensten als eerste uit, maar denkt ook proactief mee over innovaties. Ze hebben een scherp oog voor klantbehoeften en zijn altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen.
Functie
Als quality assurance manager ben je verantwoordelijk om de testactiviteiten voor beide teams transversaal uit te bouwen over andere business units heen, ter ondersteuning van de strategische initiatieven en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de projecten. In het verleden lag de focus voornamelijk op één business unit, het sociaal secretariaat.
Garandeer consistentie en excellentie bij productontwikkeling, testen en uitrol.
Bewaak deadlines zonder hierbij in te boeten op de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen en -aanpak.
Leid een team van verschillende profielen bij het begrijpen van klantbehoeften en het leveren van hoogwaardige testdiensten voor alle projecten.
Wees aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe projecten en de daarbij horende testings.
Verzorg interne opleidingen en zorg voor een correcte uitrol zowel intern als extern.
Geef advies aan jouw teams bij uitdagende klanten-issues/vragen, zodat ze groeien richting autonomie om de beste klantenbeleving na te streven.
Een transversale testorganisatie opbouwen en onderhouden.
Draag bij tot het opstellen van een transversaal strategisch actieplan dat testdoelen en prioriteiten omvat.
