ABOUT THE COMPANY
MindCapture, a leading talent company, stands at the forefront of innovation in life sciences and cleantech technologies. We specialise in delivering advanced consultancy solutions to future-oriented industries by providing life sciences, engineering, cleantech, and healthcare profiles.

To accelerate our growth, we are in search of a dynamic and driven Head of Business Management, to play a crucial role in expanding our reach within these sectors.

This pivotal position focuses on business development, leading the sales department, and contributing to the growth of our consultancy community.


  • Identify business opportunities in the life sciences, healthcare, and sustainability, engineering, cleantech market.
  • Network and leverage existing customers, optimizing our MSP (managed service provider) tactics, identify and capitalise on opportunities in the life sciences market.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Steer the account management from strategy to implementation
  • Set up and execute on a strong business development plan together with our business development team.
  • Lead our team of business managers
  • Collaborate with client decisionmaking units to determine the best talent solutions.
  • Evaluate current business performance of each business manager and improve perfomance by setting up the right KPI's, always by management by example.
  • Maximize business reporting and business reach, detect growth potential by introducing new products and services.
  • Support and optimize our talent management and talent recruitment strategies in close contact with the head or talent operations.
  • Stay informed about trends in life sciences, healthcare, and sustainability to keep MindCapture at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Participate on networking events, be the outgoing MindCapture ambassador on different customer management levels


The Head of Business Management will also be instrumental in leveraging the expert talents of our community to our customer base.

Close collaboration with the MindCapture recruitment and talent management team (Head of Talent Operations) and our HR department is key for success.


You play the role of a detective, tapping into various talent pools, engaging with the right environments and building strong relationships through an in-depth understanding of customer needs.


You present the talent's skills and capabilities to our customers or colleagues for further follow-up, this is an integral aspect of this role.


As Head of Business Management, you will also contribute to the overall management of the company, having a significant impact on our strategy, organization, and future steps.

You will be an essential part of the middle management team.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consultancy business within life sciences, engineering, cleantech, healthcare fields, medical devices or biotech.
  • Proven success in talent management in consultancy or success in obtaining and fulfilling outsourcing projects.
  • Proven people management skills or strong affinity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on solutions. Ability to thrive in smaller organizations, with wide pallet of tasks.
  • Proven track record in MSP (managed service provider) environments with a strong customer and contact network is a plus.
  • Passion for consultancy sales and bridging science, technology, talents, and clients.
  • Analytical, innovative, and peopledriven.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and professional.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Agile and decisive.
