**Een greep uit jouw takenpakket**:

- Je doet voorstellen m.b.t. het kwaliteitsbeleid.
- Je organiseert en coördineert de implementatie van het goedgekeurde kwaliteitsbeleid + periodieke rapportering.
- Je kan een kwaliteitsborgingsysteem opzetten.
- Je werkt verbetervoorstellen uit van het kwaliteitsbeleid.
- Je beheert de kwaliteitshandboeken, procedures, werkvoorschriften en werkdocumenten.
- Je verzorgt de coördinatie van interne kwaliteit audits.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en/of uitwerken van opleidingsprogramma's i.v.m.kwaliteit.
- Je evalueert leveranciers in samenwerking met aankoop.
- Je volgt kwaliteitscontroles van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten op.
- Je volgt nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen in het kwaliteitsgebeuren op.

**Must Haves**:

- Je hebt een hogere opleiding genoten (bij voorkeur master) en/of relevante kennis door ervaring.
- Je hebt een aantal jaar gewerkt in een gelijkaardige functie in een productieomgeving en hebt ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken met een ondernemende ingesteldheid.
- Je bent kwaliteitsbewust, resultaatgericht, hands-on en krachtdadig.
- Je kan moeiteloos communiceren met kennis van zaken t.o.v. collega's, medewerkers en diverse externe diensten en gesprekspartners.
- Je bent sterk administratief onderlegd, stressbestendig en getuigt van een analytisch inzicht.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van andere talen is een plus.
- Je bent PC vaardig. Kennis van een ERP systeem (bijvoorbeeld SAP) is een plus.

**Nice to have**:

- ervaring met SAP
- kennis van elke andere taal
