Our team is looking to enforce its organization to further boost Business Development across TriFinance.
The Business Development analyst will report to the Business development lead Belgium and collaborate closely with the business development teams of the business units.
As a business Analyst you act as a bridge between the business, Expert Support Units ( XSU) and Leadership. You identify issues & capture the business requirements.You will work with various stakeholders to define and implement solutions that will maximize the value delivered to customers (internal or external).
As a change agent, you will introduce and facilitate changes across the organization to enhance the growth strategy.Your challenge
Supporting the XSU Business Development in the development and improvement of business development processes, templates, policies, insights, and tools
Developing trend analyses and business development insights, including sector analysis, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction analysis
Facilitating knowledge management through organizing trainings and awareness sessions, deploying knowledge sharing, and improving reference case and proposal databases
Capturing business needs through building a strong relationship with all business units & stakeholders
Project management of internal projects and initiatives
Improving the setup and use of internal systems and tools in collaboration with IT and the business
Identifying, developing, deploying and running business development reportings & analytics, and monitoring system hygiene & enrichment
Supporting internal awareness to promote our full portfolio of services and assist in the development of business development onboarding and training programs.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
Proficiency in Dutch & English, both written and oral.
