- En tant que Program Manager, vous gérerez le portefeuille de projets et d'initiatives dans le domaine Claims Material Damage.
- Vous participerez à la préparation de la roadmap et en assurerez le suivi.
- Vous veillerez à la bonne mise en œuvre des projets au sein des services Property, Liability & Mobility (y compris les projets IT).
- Vous serez la voix du business dans le cadre de divers projets axés sur l'expérience client.
- Vous jouez un rôle proactif dans la définition d'une vision pour l'automatisation, la digitalisation, l'innovation et l'optimisation.
- Vous serez responsable des projets et développements liés à l'excellence opérationnelle.
