**Sr IT Project Leader**

**Functie**:
Als Sr IT Project Leader beschik je over sterke vaardigheden om (voornamelijk applicatie-) projecten,
vanaf de definitie van de vereisten tot en met de implementatie, in goede banen te leiden en
zodoende de projecten te doen slagen. Dit doe je door samen te werken met de Project Manager
(business), de betrokken diensten en de leden van je projectteam. Je verzorgt van een goede
communicatie inclusief rapportage, het definiëren, plannen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden,
het identificeren van risico's en deze beheren, het oplossen van issues en deze escaleren indien
nodig.
Je beheert de portfolio van interne IT-projecten in samenwerking met de IT-directie. Je neemt deel
aan de evolutie van de, binnen Solidaris Brabant gebruikte methodologie, procedures en
standaarden en je draagt bij aan de implementatie ervan binnen de IT-dienst, met name door
coaching van de andere IT Project Leaders.
Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de gebruikte methoden

**Verantwoordelijkheden: **

In samenwerking met de belanghebbenden van het project, de scope en de doelstellingen
bepalen

Een gedetailleerd projectschema en werkplan ontwikkelen en beheren

De nodige resources inplannen

De voortgang bewaken en waar nodig aanpassingen doen

Projectprestaties meten om gebieden voor verbetering te identificeren

Op consistente basis projectupdates geven aan verschillende belanghebbenden over
strategie, aanpassingen en voortgang

Contacten beheren met externe partners

Gebruikmaken van best practices, procedures en standaarden

De IT-projectportfolio up-to-date houden

Deelnemen aan het prioriteren van IT-projecten

Een IT-projectroadmap opstellen op basis van de capaciteitsplanning van de betrokken
teams en ervoor zorgen dat deze in lijn is met de strategische doelstellingen van de IT-dienst

Een actieve rol spelen in het bijwerken van de methodologie en deze implementeren binnen
de IT-dienst

**Profiel: **

Diploma hoger onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in een vakgebied dat relevant is
voor de functie

U heeft een ervaring van minstens 3 jaar als voltijds project manager
U heeft een zeer goede kennis van een of meer projectmanagementmethodologieën zoals

Prince2, PM-Bok, Scrum
Problemoplossende en leiderchapsvaardigheden
Projectplanning, risicobeheer, tijdmanagement en andere projectmanagementvaardigheden
Uitstekende communicatie en coaching vaardigheden
Ervaring met conflictoplossing

Ervaring als analyst-developer

Ervaring met projectportfoliobeheer

Ervaring met projectbeheer in een gemengde mainframe-/gedistribueerdomgeving

Certificatie in een projectmanagementmethodologie

Ervaring met strategische planning, risicomanagement en/of verandermanagement

Bekwaamheid in projectmanagementsoftware en -tools

documenten in het Frans)
