Are you a detail-oriented financial whiz with a passion for regulatory compliance? Talenteeds, in partnership with a cutting-edge mobility bank, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our innovative team.
As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our bank maintains compliance with ever-changing regulatory requirements while delivering accurate and timely reports to regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance Champion: Stay ahead of the curve by navigating complex regulatory guidelines, ensuring our mobility bank remains compliant with local and international laws, rules, and regulations.
- Reporting Virtuoso: Showcase your expertise by preparing precise and timely regulatory reports, including financial statements, risk reports, liquidity reports, and other regulatory filings that play a crucial role in shaping the industry.
- Data Guru: Harness your analytical skills to gather and analyze financial and nonfinancial data from diverse sources, empowering our decisionmaking processes and regulatory reporting accuracy.
- Process Innovator: Drive continuous improvement by refining our regulatory reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains that redefine industry standards.
- Collaboration Maestro: Harmonize with crossfunctional teams, collaborating closely with finance, risk management, legal, and operations, to gather essential data and ensure seamless reporting alignment.
- External Liaison Extraordinaire: Become the face of our bank when communicating with regulatory bodies and external auditors, responding promptly to inquiries and requests for information.
- Audit Advocate: Showcase your meticulousness during regulatory audits and examinations, providing comprehensive documentation and clear explanations for all regulatory reporting activities.
- Regulatory Chameleon: Stay on top of the regulatory landscape, monitoring and evaluating changes to requirements, ensuring our bank remains at the forefront of compliance and industry best practices.
- Risk Radar: Identify potential risks and issues related to regulatory reporting, providing valuable recommendations for mitigation and ensuring a robust risk management framework.
Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
- Experience in regulatory reporting within the dynamic banking or financial services industry.
- Regulatory Expertise: Showcasing your profound understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank, IFRS, etc.), you will be a valuable asset to our team.
- Tech Savviness: Excel in financial analysis, data manipulation, and report preparation using relevant tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, regulatory reporting software) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Your exceptional eye for detail will ensure precise and accurate handling of financial data and regulatory reports.
- Analytical Genius: Unlock your analytical prowess to interpret complex regulations, translating them into actionable insights that shape our regulatory reporting practices.
