  • Your Role & Work Environment
  • Within the Center of Expertise Reporting at ING Belgium, the Regulatory Reporting expert domain is responsible for prudential reporting activities to relevant stakeholders such as NBB, ECB, and shareholders. The team provides analytical reviews, extensive analysis, and interpretation of results.
  • Your Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare prudential reports with analytical review and validation
    • Perform complex analyses
    • Prepare responses to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders like ECB, management, and external auditors
    • Review and coordinate report preparation by others, responsible for coaching less experienced staff
    • Work closely with various departments within the processing chain such as Front Office, Back Office/Operations, Finance, and Risk Management
    • Participate in strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc change projects to set clear requirements on data definitions and implement these changes with the Finance & Reporting Tribe
    • Monitor compliance with regulations

  • Qualifications and Competences
    • Required level of education: master
    • Years of relevant experience: 3 - 7
    • IFRS/Prudential reporting requirements knowledge: moderate
    • Advanced level of English
    • Able to communicate clearly with senior internal & external stakeholders
    • Problem analysis & judgment
    • Control mindset
