- Fulltime
Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
- You will lead, and motivate your store team, always in close cooperation with your Area Manager
- You are responsible for the implementation of the sales & marketing activities
- Active sales of our products, as well as customer advice and support in our stores/sales points
- Responsibility for checkout and logistics processes
- Recruiting, staff management and staff plans
- Together with the Culture Manager, you will ensure the implementation of the corporate culture and the constant development of the store team.

- Communication, commitment and power of initiative were born in your genes
- You are an absolute team player and highly motivated to bring our company forward with your skills as well as your independent way of working.
- You have excellent English and/or Dutch/French language skills further language skills are an advantage
- You are a role model and lead by example is not a foreign word for you
