The programme has 3 specialisations:
Global Business, International Entrepreneurship and Global Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a lecturer of Innovation and Change and an internship and project coach. There is possibility to combine this vacancy with other vacancies in the degree programme.

Your role
As a lecturer, you will contribute to the growth process of our students as driven professionals.
You reflect on new learning content and teaching methods, coach students as part of their learning process, give feedback and evaluate their growth.
Your duties:
- You teach the course Innovation and Change to the 2nd year students of Global Business and Global Supply Chain Management and give workshops for International Entrepreneurship students.
- You coach students during their Internship and in various projects for Global Business and International Entrepreneurship, including the Business Lab, Company Project and Graduation Project for which students work on their own business idea.
- You encourage and support students to develop themselves and to achieve the desired competencies. You seek solutions to deal with diversity within student groups in a resultoriented manner.
- You provide students with feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- You teach on one of our campuses Groenplaats, Stadswaag, Pothoek.
Profile:
- You have a strong understanding of the business world and can use your knowledge and experience to provide customised guidance to students.
- You serve as an expert to provide advice and guidance for innovation, change management, startups and entrepreneurial activities.
- You have the ability to guide students in their learning process by using handson methods and a coaching style.
- You have a strong ability for networking. You can liaise with a variety of people.
- You are a team player. You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You can translate your acquired expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship into a tailored teaching approach. You know how to motivate
- You are convinced of the importance of lifelong learning and stay up to date with new developments, incorporating them into your teaching methods. Educational innovation and innovative teaching methods are also topics that you will be happy to delve into.
- You have minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- You have worked in an international environment.
The English-taught degree programmes at KdG require a C1 diploma for English.
As a non-native Dutch speaker, you have a B2 for Dutch or are willing to acquire it as soon as possible.

- A parttime assignment as a contractual employee. You start on 1 September 2024 with a contract for one year, with the intention of extending (after positive evaluation).

- We reimburse 100% of your travel expenses if you use public transport for your commute. You will be paid a €0.21/ km bicycle allowance if you commute by bike.
