• Prepare and coordinate all
  travel requirements from booking the flights, transport, hotels up to ensuring the program and Visa requirements;
• Manage, coordinate, remind and maintain
  professional agenda of the CEO; including appointments, meetings and travel;
• Offer
  classical support for meeting such as organizing the practical details of internal/ external meetings, drafting meeting agendas, preparing minutes and preparing a variety of presentations (PPT), etc
• Assist in ad hoc project as and when needed.

• You hold minimum a
  bachelor degree
• You have an
  experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast paced organization
• Your role is crucial & business central and, therefore, autonomy, proactivity, trust, and
  discretion are essential as well as a positive attitude

• You have exceptional organizational and planning skills to prioritize competing demands and act in a proactive manner
• You are a detail oriented and can take an helicopter view
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 36
