Votre mission consistera en...
En tant que VIE Compliance and Operationnel excellence Officer en support à la production, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Internal Manufacturing, au sein du département Sterile Manufacturing. Vous rapporterez directement au Head of Compliance. L'environnement de travail est une équipe multidisciplinaire qui s'occupe de la compliance, de l'opérationnel excellence et du HSE.
Votre profil :
Le profil recherché est de type bac +4 ou +5 à orientation scientifique.
Vous maîtrisez le français parfaitement. Compréhension écrité à l'anglais, à l'oral est un plus mais pas nécessaire.
Un affinité avec l'informatique est un atout
Vous faites preuve d'un mindset ouvert. Vous n'avez pas peur des challenges et êtes force de proposition pour trouver des solutions.
Une expérience en opérationnelle excellence ou dans le domaine de l'industrie pharmaceutique et plus précisément en injectable est un atout.
Le(la) volontaire sera chargé(e) de:
Intégrer l'équipe avec un esprit ouvert aux challenges et à l'amélioration continue; Implémenter et/ou suivre la bonne mise en place d'outils de communication (TIER meeting), de KPI, de 5S; Etre chef de projet sur des projets d'amélioration de petite et moyenne envergure pour faciliter le travail sur le terrain et gagner en efficience. Devenir le référent sur le processus en place et le redéfinir si besoin; Supporter le département dans le maintien du niveau de qualité et l'augmentation de cette qualité par rapport à certaines activités et documents (harmonisation, standardisation et alignement des pratiques terrain); Optimiser les modules de formation et les types de formations en place dans le département; Supporter les équipes pour les aider à atteindre les objectifs stratégiques liés à la croissance du département, au travers de la récolte et du traitement de données collectées sur le terrain; En vue des différents projets qui seront mis en place durant l'extended shutdown, ce VIE en supportera certains avec un regard nouveau et innovant sur ce qui est en place dans le département.Merci de bien vouloir noter que les conditions strictes d'éligibilité à ce programme sont les suivantes :
Avoir entre 18 et 28 ans; Détenir la nationalité d'un pays membre de l'Espace Economique Européen; Ne pas avoir travaillé ou vécu dans le pays où aura lieu la mission; Etre disponible pour se consacrer à la mission à temps plein; Si vous êtes de nationalité ou de double nationalité française, être en règle vis à vis des obligations de service national de la France (Numéro Identifiant Défense); Avoir un casier judiciaire vierge.Si vous ne remplissez pas l'ensemble de ces conditions, nous ne pourrons pas tenir compte de votre candidature.
