Context:


As part of the First Line of Defense, you will be in charge of the implementation of and communication on AML regulation in the local policies and procedures for Private Banking.


Your Position:

  • Develop and implement AML regulatory requirements into Private Banking procedures and working instructions.
  • Support the communication on the AML processes and any potential changes to all relevant departments.
  • Establish reporting on progress and follow up of AML files.
  • Be the central point of contact and create dialogue between Front and Compliance teams.
  • Together with Compliance/AML teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Report breaches with the policies to the Private Banking Management and raise awareness within the organization.
  • Perform Quality controls on the AML files, created in the Private Banking teams.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in economics, law or equivalent;
  • Trilingual (French / English / Dutch) (oral and written);
  • Knowledge of AML, strong affinity for risk management and a control environment;
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards;
  • Business and problem solving mindset;
  • Strong oral and written communication & persuasion skills;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to keep uptodate with legal and regulatory requirements, market practices and international risk standards.
