About the Role:
Join us as a Digital Transformation Consultant within our Strategy Department. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in spearheading digital transformation initiatives by aligning strategic goals with technological advancements. Your deep insights into digital technologies and business operations will drive sustainable organizational progress. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients is key to executing holistic digital transformation strategies effectively.
- Lead digital transformation strategies to align with organizational objectives, utilizing data insights to foster innovation.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, offering strategic direction and promoting collaboration.
- Define project scopes, milestones, and ensure timely delivery within set budgets for optimal cost-effectiveness.
- Engage stakeholders in change efforts, devise communication plans, and conduct training sessions on various topics.
- Establish KPIs to monitor digital transformation progress, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continual improvement, identifying enhancement opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience leading intricate digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate plans into actionable steps.
- Proven track record in executing strategic initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in change management and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects with cross-team collaboration, meeting deadlines, and budget requirements.
- Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud computing and AI.
- Outstanding presentation skills and proficiency in the Office suite.
