An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its
Corporate Sales Manager.


The Commercial department is responsible for managing sales, operational marketing, pricing and yield, digital activities, as well as customer communication, call centres and optimisation of the "offer/revenue" mix.


The Corporate Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of Corporates and review the new business pipeline in order to ensure a balanced portfolio and maximise revenue & profitability.

The position can be based in Brussels or Amsterdam.

  • Internal use only: This role is a Grade D THIF / C EIL, Travel Level 2, and can be based in Brussels or Amsterdam._

Requirements:

We are looking for someone to...

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across our core markets within the corporate framework model.
  • Drive revenue growth by maintaining and improving the performance of the portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with distributors to execute incentive actions and contribute to the overall organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Travel Management Companies relevant to the managed portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement a focused commercial plan to optimize revenue and ticket mix within the defined portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Travel Management Companies in collaboration with the Agencies team.
  • Make tradeoffs that benefit Eurostar, ensuring revenue growth and business development.
  • Consolidate development efforts by serving as the business expert for both mature and unmanaged corporate markets within the portfolio.
  • Gain market knowledge about the unmanaged market within the portfolio.
  • Establish strong operational relationships with Travel Management Companies and other key business influencers to support portfolio growth.
  • Engage actively with business organizations to enhance Eurostar's visibility, gain market insights, and convert new prospects into corporate clients.
  • Create a robust business plan targeting prospects and new corporate clients to be achieved within a year.
  • Ensure that the business activity within the portfolio generates high ROI and drives new business opportunities.

You'll need...

  • Experience in Distribution, commerce, and marketing, hospitality, and travel trade, corporate travel management
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Dutch is highly desirable and German language would be a plus
  • Proficient in using back office tools such as Microsoft
  • A clear planner with a strong focus on tasks
  • Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
  • The ability to demonstrate tangible results and successful project delivery
  • Industry awareness in relevant segments and markets with excellent account management skills
  • Extensive knowledge within the travel industry, including hospitality, airline, car rental, TMC, leisure, and OTA
  • Skilled at building strong relationships and comfortable with public speaking and presentations
