Job Description:
You have a previous experience in the professional real estate industry providing high quality property valuations. You enjoy delivering the best service to clients and aim at building long term partnerships. Company culture and ethical value are important to you.
You aim to increase your client relations and want to share your ideas to create the best processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of valuation experience in professional real estate
- Team player mentality
- Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision
- Analytical skills to be able to draw out market trends an information
- Able to form and justify opinions on property values
- Confidence in prioritization and working to deadlines
- Able to think 'outside the box'
- Trilingual (native language preferred: French and Dutch + English)
