About the role
Our Valuation Team aims to provide expert valuation advice to a wide range of clients. Our accredited professionals conduct reliable and top-notch appraisals, whether for purchases or sales, for accounting or financing purposes, or simply to get a current perspective on the market value of an existing asset or future project.
We are actively looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Valuation Specialist to join our team in Brussels.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Carry out **property valuations** for single assets or portfolios, primarily in Brussels and Wallonia. These valuations encompass various types of commercial real estate, primarily for institutional and corporate clients.
- Produce high-quality and insightful **valuation reports** in various formats
- Provide ad-hoc **strategic guidance** within tight deadlines, ensuring precision and well-informed predictions.
- Cultivate and nurture **client partnerships** to establish long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with other **team colleagues** to strengthen existing and potential client connections.
- Enhance the visibility of the **Colliers brand** in the local market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in valuations within the commercial real estate sector
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and identify market patterns
- Capability to formulate and support opinions on property valuations
- Proficiency in producing reports
- Confidence in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ability to think creatively
- Trilingual (French and Dutch as native languages + English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
