In the ""Digital Services"" team within Customer & Data department, we aim to develop and manage digital capabilities for all our clients, offering them an excellent customer experience thanks to relevant innovation.
Your assignment:
- Define / adapt communication plan towards brokers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Supervise IT developments enabling higher awareness and usage of our digital services
- Setup and monitor customer support processes
- Setup and follow efficient monitoring to track performance of implemented promotion levers
- Maintain coordination between the different teams & stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Distribution, UX & UI, Legal, Security and Compliance, Business units, etc.)
Other responsibilities include:
- Inform/consult key stakeholders about planned initiatives
- Report and present outcomes of initiatives to key stakeholders and management
- Propose adaptations and improvements to the processes in place
- Identify and communicate risks and mitigations measures
Your profile:
- Master's degree in business, economics, IT or equivalent through experience
- Proven experience in managing digital focused projects
- Proven experience in creating business requirements and using customer journey, design thinking and/or agile methodologies
- Experience in campaign management
Your skills and competences:
- Excellent project management and change management skills in order to drive progress
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, allowing you to manage and understand the complexity of a transversal project
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to drive efficiency of deliverables, adjust priorities as needed and communicate proactively, clearly, and concisely with people from different backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Capacity to manage your scope of action autonomously and take decisions without forgetting the customer experience
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, with sufficient knowledge of the third language and ideally trilingual
- Reporting skills (e.g. Power BI) are a plus
