De productie
- en distributievestiging in Gent stelt een 500-tal medewerkers tewerk en heeft in 2018 een volledige make-over gekregen na een investering van 75 miljoen euro. Jaarlijks wordt er meer dan 200 miljoen liter drank geproduceerd, in zowel hervulbare glazen flessen als blikjes en brikverpakkingen. De Gentse vestiging bottelt 12 merken uit het ruime aanbod dranken voor ons land, waaronder Coca‐Cola original taste, Coca‐Cola zero sugar, Coca‐Cola light taste, Fuze Tea, Sprite, Minute Maid, Nalu, enz.
- Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over alle operationele activiteiten van de bottelarij. Je scope omvat alle activiteiten die vallen onder operations: Productie - Maintenance - Engineering - QESH - Planning en administratie.
- Je vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar concrete actieplannen en focust hierbij op rendements
- en efficiëntieverbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid en milieu, productiviteit, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid. Op basis van analyses streef je KPI's na die je op een pragmatische manier weet te realiseren.
- Je bouwt aan een cultuur van 'safety first' en 'operational excellence' en neemt initiatieven om de productieorganisatie op technisch en organisatorisch vlak te optimaliseren.
- Je begeleidt, coördineert en motiveert een team van een 180-tal personen en stuurt 6 direct reports aan. Je bent aanwezig op de vloer en bouwt aan een cultuur van kennisdeling en discipline. Coaching en ontwikkeling van de medewerkers is hierbij key.
- Je overlegt en bevordert de contacten met de sociale partners. Met je toegankelijke stijl, empowerment en sterke communicatieskills slaag je erin het team mee te krijgen in een constructief proces van change en verdere structurele optimaliseringen. Zo schaaf je doordacht de huidige processen bij om steeds de hoge kwaliteits
- en productiviteitsnormen te halen en werk je aan een constructief sociaal klimaat.
- Je denkt proactief mee op het gebied van investeringen, begeleidt de implementatie van optimalisatieprojecten en beheert de budgetten.
- Je vertegenwoordigt de site in de groep en slaagt erin bruggen te slaan naar andere afdelingen/plants en synergie op te zoeken.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Customer Service & Supply Chain Director Belux.
**Jouw profiel**
- Met een technische masteropleiding als uitgangspunt beschik je over mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de voedingssector. Ervaring in de drankenindustrie is een absolute troef.
- Jouw kennis en ervaring inzake het structureren, beheren en continu verbeteren van een productiesite is een must.
- Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis, combineert een strategische visie met een operationele hands-on aanpak en getuigt van een sterk businessinzicht. Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld.
- Als empathische en initiatiefrijke peoplemanager ondersteun je je direct reports in hun ontwikkeling. Je weet de mensen te inspireren en te coachen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- Je bent in staat een 'trust' te bouwen en een voortrekker te zijn in de verdere optimalisering van de site. Je bent een diplomatische en sterke communicator die gemakkelijk connecteert met verschillende stakeholders, initiatief en overleg stimuleert en het evenwicht bewaart tussen de belangen op verschillende niveaus. Je draagt de waarden en visie van de groep uit.
- Je zin voor initiatief en je doorzettingsvermogen dragen bij tot een continue verbetering van je werkomgeving.
