We are searching for a talented and experienced Head of IBP and Planning, EMEA to join our Supply Chain team in Zaventem, Belgium.
The Head of IBP and Planning EMEA will be tasked with developing and implementing a top-notch end-to-end IBP process in the EMEA region to enhance business efficiency, drive business growth, optimize inventory performance, improve OTIF, and reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory. In this role, you will oversee the monthly IBP governance in EMEA, including leading IBP meetings with Executive leadership on a monthly basis.

As a key figure within our Hologic International Supply Chain, you will lead the EMEA Planning team with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, driving planning automation, and fostering consistent improvements in IBP.

What to anticipate:

  • Develop and execute the monthly IBP/S&OP throughout the EMEA organization.
  • Lead monthly meetings and governance, monitoring progress and identifying corrective actions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement new planning processes to optimize inventory.
  • Communicate key actions and decisions to ensure organizational alignment around the optimized plan within Divisions, Manufacturing plants, Supply Chain, and Commercial and Finance teams.
  • Establish KPIs to measure Planning and IBP/S&OP process effectiveness.
  • Develop and align monthly demand plans for the Divisions, addressing Divisional challenges through stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify business and operations opportunities and risks, collaborating with commercial and operations teams to address them.
  • Support demand and supply planning measures with a process for improving forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
  • Address supply and demand issues, prepare recommendations for Global leadership review.
  • Lead the allocation process for constrained products in collaboration with Divisional and local partners.
  • Integrate key processes including customer forecasts, statistical models, service models, market intelligence, inventory plans, and product life cycle.
  • Coach direct reports, ensuring their performance aligns with organizational objectives and develop a succession plan.
  • Collaborate with external supply chain partners to generate an optimized global plan.
  • Manage NPIs including tools, policies, and control mechanisms.
  • Track IBP/S&OP process maturity and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance and automate processes in Oracle and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) through IT applications.
