Ter versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een specialist vergunningen en regelgeving. Kun je zeer georganiseerd werken en heb je oog voor detail? Solliciteer dan vandaag nog. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verkrijgen van vergunningen voor diverse projecten. Je hebt dan ook de vaardigheden om positieve relaties uit te bouwen en te onderhouden met gemeenten, steden en regelgevende instanties. Als succesvolle kandidaat zorg je ervoor dat we altijd in overeenstemming met de lokale wettelijke voorschriften handelen en dat projecten vlot verlopen.

- ** Opvolging van vergunningsaanvragen en partnerrelaties**:
- Je verwerft een grondige kennis van de vergunningsprocedures voor verschillende types projecten.
- Je coördineert vergunningsaanvragen voor werkzaamheden op openbare wegen en zorgt voor tijdige goedkeuringen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat we altijd alle wettelijke voorschriften en normen met betrekking tot openbare wegen naleven.
- Je staat in voor het beheer en de opvolging van synergieprojecten met onderaannemers om de efficiëntie te bevorderen en de risico's te mínimaliseren.
- Je identificeert potentiële risico's en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsmaatregelen worden genomen.
- Je stelt rapporten op over de voortgang van vergunningsaanvragen en synergieprojecten, en over de naleving van de wettelijke voorschriften op dat vlak.
- Je communiceert met overheidsinstanties, onderaannemers en belanghebbenden over de afstemming van vergunningen en projecten.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits en kwaliteitscontroles.

Relaties met overheden beheren**:
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met verschillende overheidsinstanties, -agentschappen en -functionarissen.
- Je bent steeds op de hoogte van de beleidslijnen, de bepalingen en de initiatieven van de overheid die gevolgen kunnen hebben voor de organisatie.
- Je neemt deel aan vergaderingen en onderhandelingen met lokale overheden om projecten in detail te bespreken, bezorgdheden aan te kaarten en vergunningen sneller te verkrijgen.

- Ervaring in het coördineren van vergunningen en synergieprojecten voor openbare wegen is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt kennis van de lokale en nationale wet
- en regelgeving met betrekking tot openbare wegen.
- Ervaring met Osiris, Powalco en Gypod is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt effectief onderhandelen.
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail.
- Je bent een teamspeler en kunt samenwerken met diverse belanghebbenden.
