The primary objective of the CRM Functional Consultant is to lead and facilitate the successful implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our business processes.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives, translating these into effective CRM strategies and solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework.
Your mission
- Business Analysis and
Requirements Gathering:
perform in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify improvement areas. Gather comprehensive requirements to ensure the CRM aligns with business goals.
- System Configuration: configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to reflect specific workflows, data structures, and reporting requirements.
- User Training and Support: develop training programs and provide support to maximize user proficiency and system utilization.
- Change Management: lead initiatives to ensure smooth transition and adoption, addressing any resistance and aligning stakeholders with transformation goals.
- Act as interface with developers (based in Brussels or offshore)
- Innovation and capability demonstration: actively stay abreast of new releases and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Innovate and demonstrate these new capabilities to users and departments, showcasing how they can bring about improved efficiency, new functionalities, and better integration. Facilitate workshops or presentations to highlight these advancements and encourage adoption of new features.
- Continuous improvement: Monitor CRM performance postimplementation, soliciting feedback for ongoing system enhancements.
Your profile
- Business Analysis in agile environment. Certification in BABOK / IREB is a plus
- Business Process Management competencies
- Knowledge of MS D365 Customer Engagement is a strong asset
- Customer Service, Sales or Marketing experience
- Advanced in English and speaks at least one of the two local languages (NL/FR)
- Entrepreneurial drive
