**Club Brugge is de nummer één in het Belgische voetballandschap, maar wil ook op marketingvlak hoge toppen scheren.** In die optiek zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe Growth Marketeer die zijn/haar schouders onder ons Growth Marketing traject wil zetten en zo de verschillende commerciële doelstellingen op middellange termijn te laten groeien. Je identificeert de noden van de fan en onze B2B klanten, en koppelt deze aan onze verschillende producten (merchandise, tickets, memberships, B2B hospitality & visibility). Aan de hand van onze uitgebreide toolset richt je advertising, lead generation en marketing automation in én analyseer je de resultaten van campagnes en tests.

**De job van Growth Marketeer staat open voor zowel freelancers als vaste medewerkers.**

**OPDRACHTEN VAN DE COACH**:
Digitale impact realiseren, dat is waar het in deze functie om draait. Door het toepassen van slimme personalisatie, intelligente technologie en moderne marketingtechnieken ben jij in staat om het verschil te maken. Je bent dan ook niet snel tevreden en constant op zoek naar nieuwe en slimme manieren om de resultaten van campagnes te optimaliseren. Dat doe je zelfstandig, je bent in staat om ownership te pakken over projecten. Daarin werk je samen met de andere marketeers bij Club, maar sta je ook in nauw contact met de creatieve designers en videografen van Club Media House en de productkant van ticketing, merchandise en sales.

In samenwerking met onze eigen specialisten kun je jezelf blijven ontwikkelen. Bovendien zijn er volop mogelijkheden om je te verdiepen in specifieke vaardigheden.
- Je wordt project owner van het Growth Marketing traject dat bij Club Brugge op de rails staat. Via deze cyclus leid je de verschillende departementen (ticketing, merchandise, sales etc) richting groei voor hun kanalen. Je bent in staat om in het hoofd te kruipen van een voetbalsupporter en bedenkt _out of the box_-campagnes voor onze verschillende doelgroepen, op maat van de fan én onze business.
- Via de uitgebreide data die beschikbaar is in ons intern datawarehouse en ons CDP Blueconic segmenteer je onze fans met de juiste boodschap, op het juiste moment. Je personaliseert boodschappen op onze site en zet marketing automations op.
- Je hebt ervaring met Google Ads en Meta Ads, en kan deze tools bij ons naar een volgend niveau pushen.

**ONZE SCOUTING ZOEKT EEN TALENT**:

- Met mínimaal 2 tot 4 jaar werkervaring als digital, performance of growth marketeer of een vergelijkbare functie.
- Die goed op de hoogte is van de mogelijkheden om op basis van data te segmenteren en te personaliseren voor marketingcampagnes.
- Die innovatief, initiatiefrijk en creatief is maar ook accuraat en oplossingsgericht kan werken in een deadline gedreven omgeving.
- Met een enorme drive en leergierigheid en iemand die altijd op de hoogte is van alle ontwikkelingen op het digitale vlak.
- Als growth marketeer loop je niet weg van de flexibiliteit en dynamiek van de voetbalwereld, maar verlies je vooral de lange termijn niet uit het oog. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de focus behoudt op de lange termijn ipv match tot match.
- Je bent minstens 4 dagen/week beschikbaar. We staan open voor zowel freelance als payroll medewerkers.
- Met een vlotte pen in woord en schrift (in ieder geval in het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook in het Engels). Een basis van Photoshop is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
