Als coördinator gezondheid en veiligheid combineer je technische kennis met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving voor alle medewerkers te creëren.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Samen met je collega's ontwikkel je een sterke veiligheidsstrategie door innovatieve en effectieve veiligheidsinitiatieven te creëren en te implementeren.
- Je helpt bij het opstellen van een veiligheidsbeleid dat voldoet aan regelgeving en branchenormen, dat je vervolgens samen met relevante teams binnen de organisatie implementeert en verspreidt.
- Dankzij jouw uitstekende risicoanalyses op de werkvloer streven we ernaar de risico's te verminderen, want gevaar schuilt in een klein hoekje.
- Je blinkt uit in het analyseren en optimaliseren van veiligheidsprocessen en -procedures.
- In geval van een ongeval, incident, bijna-ongeval of letsel op de werkvloer, ben jij degene die de oorzaak onderzoekt en maatregelen neemt om herhaling te voorkomen.
- Je verzorgt regelmatige rapportage en updates aan het hoger management en relevante autoriteiten over de stand van zaken van gezondheid en veiligheid binnen de organisatie.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het veiligheidsbeleid van de organisatie correct wordt toegepast. Ook voer je regelmatig audits en inspecties uit om niet-naleving te identificeren en te corrigeren.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Een bachelordiploma of 2-5 jaar ervaring binnen een operationele functie.
- Het hebben van een diploma als preventieadviseur is geen vereiste, maar ervaring in een veiligheidsgerichte omgeving is een voordeel.
- Je hebt kennis van principes en methodologieën voor veiligheidsmanagement.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Je schuwt niet om bestaande veiligheidsprocessen te bevragen en verbeteringen door te voeren.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler Je legt verbindingen tussen alle belanghebbenden om samen te werken aan een veiligere werkomgeving. Dankzij jouw overtuigingskracht breng je collega's naar een hoger veiligheidsniveau.
