In this diverse and challenging role you are responsible for the consultancy, design, implementation, testing and documentation of the
Microsoft 365 environments of our customers.

Resolving complex issues or helping colleagues may also be part of your responsibilities.

Of course you proactively analyze information and trends, propose actions to resolve problems and engage with third parties to jointly resolve in-depth product issues where necessary.

You shape these technical proposals to be acceptable to the client and make solution/service trade-offs. With your team you assure that the customers' requirements are clear.

You produce the designs, set the criteria for the design of major solutions and exercise design control over the implementation.

• At least 4 years professional experience in working with Microsoft 365;
• A proven track record in one or multiple areas of M365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, EMS);
• Familiar with hybrid environments;
• Familiar with Cloud integration with onprem environments;
• Experience in M365 migrations is a plus;
• Scripting/automation capabilities;
• Experience with ITIL and change management;
• Excellent
  French/Dutch and English language skills;
• Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus.
