**Jouw functie**:
Als Recruiter maak je deel uit van een dynamisch en ambitieus HR Team van 8 professionals, die de business ondersteunen in alle HR domeinen: Rekrutering & Selectie, Reward & Payroll, Learning & Development, Performance & Career Management en Reporting.

Je werkt nauw samen met de hiring managers en onze HR Business Partners. Je beheert zelfstandig het rekruterings
- en selectieproces van A tot Z. Je pragmatisme en je flexibele aanpak, maken je een ster in je vak.

**Wat houdt je job in?**:

- Je beheert alle openstaande vacatures voor ons bedrijf van A tot Z, gaande van publicatie, opvolging, rapportering en interview tot het finale contractvoorstel voor de toekomstige medewerker. Dit gaat van operationele profielen tot een aantal expertenfuncties.
- Je verzorgt het contact met onze verschillende hr providers in het kader van vacatures. Indien nodig negotieer je ook de samenwerkingsvoorwaarden.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de Hiring Managers; je adviseert hen gedurende het rekruteringsproces en stelt oplossingen voor in geval van een moeilijke zoektocht.
- Je organiseert jobdays, je gaat zelf op zoek naar kandidaten via searchtools, en je verzorgt het administratieve luik in onze HR tool.
- Je positioneert jezelf als een specialist in je vak.

**Je profiel**:

- Je hebt een Bachelor-of Master achtergrond en hebt reeds ervaring in rekrutering en selectie.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans en in het Nederlands. Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent gedreven, open en georganiseerd.
- Je hebt een "hands-on" mentaliteit en slaagt erin kandidaten te boeien voor onze organisatie.
- Je bent resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht.
- Administratief en digitaal sta je sterk.
- En bovenal, je bent een leuke collega die graag de successen viert en streeft naar kwaliteit.
