Ter ondersteuning van ons serviceteam zoeken wij een elektro/mechanisch onderlegde collega. Als jij de uitdaging aandurft, bieden wij jou een specialistische opleiding in witgoed apparatuur

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Zelfstandig storingen verhelpen: Jij bent de expert die onze witgoedapparaten weer tot leven brengt bij klanten thuis en bij onze dealers.
- Kwaliteit en service: Hoogwaardige service leveren en het imago van Beko Europe hooghouden zijn jouw belangrijkste doelen.
- Efficiënte administratie: Met behulp van een Tablet registreer je je servicebezoeken en beheer je je eigen voorraad aan onderdelen en gereedschappen.
- Directe rapportage: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Field Area Manager en krijgt ondersteuning van de Service binnendienst.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; ervaring in de witgoedsector is een groot pluspunt
- Je hebt een positieve instelling en een passie voor techniek.
- Je bent creatief, flexibel en hebt een klantgerichte mindset.
- Je werkt doelgericht en vindt innovatieve oplossingen, zelfs onder druk.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed zelfstandig werken.**This role in summary**

To support our service team, we are looking for a colleague with electro/mechanical expertise.

If you are up for the challenge, we will provide specialized training in household appliances

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Independently resolving malfunctions in our household appliances at customers' homes and at our dealers.
- Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining the Beko Europe image.
- Administering your service visits using a laptop and managing your own stock of parts and tools.
- Reporting directly to the Field Supervisor and being supported by the Service back office.

**Minimum requirements**
- You have work experience in a similar role and experience in household appliances is a plus
- You have a positive attitude
- You are creative, flexible, and service-oriented
- You work purposefully towards solutions and are stress-resistant
- You have good interpersonal skills and can work well independently
- You must have a driver's license B
